First of all this place is pathetic in every sense of the word - I purchased a used vehicle from them in February 2024 knowing it was missing middle seat of the minivan and they said it was on order and it’s word - I purchased a used vehicle from them in February 2024 knowing it was missing middle seat of the minivan and they said it was on order and it’s stated on contract that it was on order. It’s the end of May and I’m getting the run around - I mean it’s being done purposely. I’ve called corporate office and they tell me theirs nothing they can do because each dealership is independently owned. So when I call they give me the run around like they don’t know what’s going on. Service dept sends me to manager (2) different managers by the way and they tell me talk to sales manager who dealt with my purchase because they don’t know what’s going on ( I find that hard to believe) and manager I’m suppose to deal with ignores my calls. I’ve been way to patient - these people as shady as F… but in the end good provides over evil. I don’t like criticizing anyone’s business but the way I’ve been treated rises to a whole different level. Oh, I forgot to mention on my way home from dealership after purchasing vehicle - car shut off on me at red lights (4) times less than 30 minutes since I pulled off on lot. Test drive was fine I’m not telling anyone to stay away just be very careful if you do business with these people. By the way try not to deal with sales manager by the name Jose he’s shady as f… too. Bought my car from this place on April 9th. They were kind enough to deliver it. And the delivery driver was really friendly and courteous. Upon delivery, the floor mats were missing and the r They were kind enough to deliver it. And the delivery driver was really friendly and courteous. Upon delivery, the floor mats were missing and the rear tow hook cover was missing. After being asked by David (sales) to go to the parts department and order the parts, then have the parts guy connect with the sales guy to approve the due bill. I declined the work being asked of me as they should handle it. The car was delivered with missing items. Not to mention all the glue I had to clean myself from a lack of proper PDI. Finally, I was assured the parts would be ordered and sent to my house. Since that time, David has not responded to a single correspondence and when I call I get passed around the store. No assistance, no response. I expected better. And still no parts or updates. More
