Do not take your vehicle here for service. I took my Lexus GX460 in for an issue. Ms. Anthony was my service advisor. They did a "full diagnostic" and replaced the serpentine belt. I asked I took my Lexus GX460 in for an issue. Ms. Anthony was my service advisor. They did a "full diagnostic" and replaced the serpentine belt. I asked her if the problem persisted, what should I do? She said to take a video and send it to her. The next morning the same issue came up when I cranked the SUV. I sent her two videos from two different days and communicated with her via text. The last response I got was that she was "working on it". That was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything from anyone at this dealership. They obviously didn't diagnose my issue correctly and then they charged over $350 to NOT fix the problem. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not care about you once you have paid! I have disputed the charges and will contact Toyota corporate as my next steps in recourse. I don't expect to hear from Hutchinson and most likely won't hear from Toyota but I don't want anyone else to suffer through the total lack of customer care and poor communication that I have endured in trying to deal with this poorly run dealership.
