Service Dropped my car off at 8:30am had an appt. @ 9:00am for a oil change and tire rotation. I told them to go ahead and change out the cabin filter but no Dropped my car off at 8:30am had an appt. @ 9:00am for a oil change and tire rotation. I told them to go ahead and change out the cabin filter but not the air filter. I know they want you (the customer) to change the oil every 10,000 miles but I was told every 5,000 miles and my handbook says 5k miles. My appt has oil change and tire rotation. I get a call at 11:30 saying I needed new wipers cabin and air filter. Told them again I do not want any of these items just oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter. I called them around 1pm to see if my car was ready since it has been there since 8:30 and I was told the car was ready and I asked about the oil change cause the bill was only $55.00 Guess what, no oil change. What is the use I having an appt and telling the service writer what needs to be done and they don't listen This is the third time they have done this. I have been a customer of Toyota of Albany for over 18 years and I am thinking about changing. I even asked them why does the service light comes on every 5k miles and they told me it a warning signal for the wiper blades. Never heard of that one before. Ended jup getting my car at 2pm, More
