My first BUT not my last time at Huntley Ford. I arrived at the appointed time and the tech greeted me. He asked if I was dropping my truck off for service or was I planning on waiting in the cust I arrived at the appointed time and the tech greeted me. He asked if I was dropping my truck off for service or was I planning on waiting in the customer service lounge. I stated that I would wait in the lounge and after writing up the work order, he drove my car into the work area and began performing the multi-point inspection. The facility was very clean and neat. Free wifi and cable television was provided. Everyone at the facility was very kind and courteous and on task. Within an hour my oil and filter change was complete and all my fluid levels and tires pressures were reset. I had a very positive experience at Huntley Ford. More

Had my F150 serviced here, the entire experience was great, easy communication, quick response from Rudy was above and beyond, made me feel cared for my concerns with repairs !
