I really appreciated the proactive nature of this team when it came to a recall repair on my Ford Edge. I knew I had needed to go in for a recall for awhile but as a busy working mom it is very difficult when it came to a recall repair on my Ford Edge. Elyn reached out to me as part of the mobile recall team and was able to set up this service at my home. The immense relief I felt knowing that they could come to me and I didn't need to figure out a way to get my car into the shop. Ed was the technician who came to do the repair and he was extremely professional as he took on the repair in my garage during a snow storm no less!
