I only came for an express oil change and the service rep was extremely polite and helpful. The visit took as long as was estimated and things were great. Isabella was an absolute savior in every sense of the word, from the start to the end, on our Service visit. Not only did she keep us up to date on everything going on with the car and the warranty proce word, from the start to the end, on our Service visit. Not only did she keep us up to date on everything going on with the car and the warranty process, but she took the time to check in on us while we were waiting, took care of getting us around when my Fiancee had to work and later us getting back home, and explained everything every step of the way. Compared to the treatment I was used to get at another dealership, or even personal working history from Mercedes Benz, Isabella at Huntley Ford took every bias I could've had and blew them away with absolute ease.
