I am on my second vehicle from Huntley Ford and every time I need service, it seems like an ordeal. When I first purchased my Bronco Sport, their was a loose trim piece. I made an appointment and showe time I need service, it seems like an ordeal. When I first purchased my Bronco Sport, their was a loose trim piece. I made an appointment and showed up on time only to find they never put the appointment in. The trim piece ended up coming loose again so repeat the process. Now the third recall in, and am being told I need to wait 2+ months to get in. Avoid this dealership. More

I came for an oil change and because I received an email that I was due for an 85,000 mile service, I asked for that service and I also asked for my brakes to be checked. At the last several oil changes my that I was due for an 85,000 mile service, I asked for that service and I also asked for my brakes to be checked. At the last several oil changes my brakes were not checked. The two persons at the desk both told me I didn’t need service until 90,000 miles. I showed my email about the 85,000 service from Tom Peck Ford but they said it meant oil change. I had the oil change which was fine but they did not check my brakes. I insisted they check my brakes even though the oil change was completed and car waiting for me to leave. They then took the car back and checked the brakes. I don’t think I should have to argue and insist for my brakes to be checked. I am now still receiving emails that my 85,000 service is overdue! I bought my car at this dealership and had every service, new tires, new brakes, everything has always been done here. More

You need to make new appointment to bring in back, when next available day. If I left it there over weekend they would have fixed on Monday, but I had to bring back Wednesday. The last two times I used Tom Pecks Quicklane for oil changes they were anything but quick. Almost 2 hours then next time almost 3 hours!
