Waited 3 hours for an oil change. My wait time was not communicated before my car was taken into the shop. There was not another car in line ahead of me except a few people that were My wait time was not communicated before my car was taken into the shop. Once I got my car back, there were screws laying on my floors. Service desk blamed it on having a new system. Take accountability for poor service. More
