It took 4 hours just for an oil change. The Quick Lube lane should just be for oil changes not other repairs. They washed it anyway, so then it had water spots after I had hand washed & dried it at home. There was also water on the floor boards. The service techs were sarcastic. I will be looking for a different Ford dealership to go to. More

Was told that my rear breaks were worn down to nothing, but front breaks were perfectly fine. Was told that all my tires needed to be replaced within a year, they are a year old.
