Went there after many dealers, and had horrible experiences at the other dealerships. So, walking in, we were on guard and VERY leary. We met with Jeff, who was fun to deal with. and Mark was a really nice guy as well.. they worked with us to get what we wanted, and made us feel very comfortable, and answered all questions we had truthfully. They were absolutely awesome with our autistic daughter that we toted around with us, and and she loved it.. I would go back there in a heart beat, and I am glad we drove out there to find out car.. Jeff and Mark made our experience great and we will go back again!!!!!! More
Had a couple of recall issues and a few other maintenance items on my 2012 Ford Focus that I bought from Tom Peck. Emailed picture of one issue and Tony from the service Department was able to order the part items on my 2012 Ford Focus that I bought from Tom Peck. LIES AND MORE LIES....BROUGHT MY 2005 F150 IN FOR THE AIRBAG RECALL. WAS TOLD I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE AIRBAGS, AND THAT IS NOT PART OF THE RECALL. HAD TO PAY ALMOST 300.00 FOR THE REPAIRS. 1 A AIRBAG RECALL. WAS TOLD I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE AIRBAGS, AND THAT IS NOT PART OF THE RECALL. HAD TO PAY ALMOST 300.00 FOR THE REPAIRS. 1 AA SENSOR ASY, 1 RPB WIRE ASY. ALL NOT COVERED BY THE RECALL.....THANK-YOU FORD. WHAT GOOD THEN,THE STEERING ON MY 2005 F150 WOULD LOCK UP. I REPLACED THE STEERING PUMP, SAME PROBLEM. WAS TOLD ABOUT THE TSB# 05--9-23 FOR THE STEERING ISSUE BY MY FRIEND. aLSO, ON THE INTERNET, THIS ISSUE SHOULD BE A RECALL, BECAUSE OF THE SAFETY CONCERNS. BROUGHT IT TO TOM PECK FORD. WAS TOLD THE "NEW PUMP CAUSED THE PROBLEM". THAT IS A TOLD LIE. I HAD THE ISSUE BEFORE THE NEW PUMP WAS INSTALLED. THEY TOLD ME THE STEERING RACK, STEERING PUMP,1 TUBE ASSEMBLY,1 HOSE, WHEEL ALIGNMENT IS ALL DEF.. NDS TO BE REPLACED. THAT COSTED ME CLOSE TO 1500.00. I HAVE DECIDED TO NEVER BUY A FORD TRUCK AGAIN. MY SAFETY IS NOT THERE CONCERN. ALSO, FROM MY LIPS, TO MY GOD'S EARS, I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FOR TOM PECK FORD AGAIN.....THANK-YOU FOR THE EXP. FYI, I WISHED I WOULD HAVE SEEN THIS WEBSITE PIOR TO BRING MY TRICK TO TOM PECK FORD. THIS TRUCK IS ONLY SEVEN YRS OLD AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE STEERING SYSTEM ON ANY CAR I EVER OWNED. i JUST HOPE NTSB OR FORD CAN REALIZE THAT THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE A RECALL SO THAT THEY CAN SAVE LIVES AND SELL FORD PRODUCTS. I called on the phone to find if the Fusion I desired and that was listed on the web site was still available. As promised, the call with correct information was returned promptly. The price was discussed on the phone and did not change when I arrived at Tom Peck Ford. Mark showed me all the features and set up my Bluetooth phone for a demonstration. It sold me! We reviewed the price again and still no changes. The Finance Manager made the experience very pleasent as well. In less then 2 hours I was on my way home with a new Ford but not before meeting Tom Peck. What a nice place with nice people that care. Tom told me his door is always open and Mark said the coffee is always brewing. My neighbor told me to check out Tom Peck Ford and I am glad I did. More

On thursday, we had the first winter storm of the year. and i had gotten into a little accident with my car. I went to Tom Peck Ford and was met by Ryan. The price, kinda high, but thats what i get for being stupid and driving out in the storm. The next day, Ryan called and told me my rim was in and they got my car in and out in a hurry. Didn't waste time giving me the run around or anything. Ryan was very professional, and courtious. I will definitely deal with Ryan again and Tom Peck Ford Quick Lane. More
