I wish I could leave zero stars as that better represents my experience. I have owned 30+ vehicles and this was the worst dealership purchasing experience of my life. I ordered a vehicle with this store back in September 2022 and the whole reason I selected this store is because I was told that I would pay MSRP + TTL (no extra packages or markup etc.). I was skeptical of this so I made sure to get this in writing from the dealership. Fast forward to December; I go to modify my order and the original Salesperson I placed my order with no longer works here. I worked with someone else to modify my order and once again confirm that I will only be paying MSRP + TTL. The Salesperson I worked with also did a horrible job at relaying any information about VIN number, production date, shipping ETA. I had to get all that information directly from Ford myself. Once I learn from Ford by manually tracking my order myself that the truck will soon be arriving soon, I attempt to make contact with my Salesperson. This took 5+ calls and emails with no response. I wanted to confirm that when the truck came in that my vehicle would not have any "pre-installed" ceramic coatings or protection packages and I was assured that there wouldn't be; it is all available to be added after the fact. When I finally go to take delivery of the vehicle once it arrives, I have no trade-in and I do not need to test drive the vehicle. I thought this would be a quick experience. It was not. When I sat down with my Salesperson and he pulled out the pricing sheet, the out the door price was OVER EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS more than what it should have been. This was due to some pretty sneaky tactics. They were double charging a $1,600 delivery/destination fee, they were miscalculating taxes at the wrong rate, there was a mandatory VIN etching fee and nitrogen fill tires added (which isn't even on the vehicle), as well as other misc. fees and packages. When I asked why they can't do MSRP + TTL like I was originally told and had a signed form indicating, I was informed "my manager cannot do that price". I also asked about the signed piece of paper that stated such and was told that since that Salesperson no longer works here, it doesn't mean anything. It took OVER AN HOUR of back and forth just to get anywhere near where we should have been, and even then I was still "forced" to buy a $600 protection plan which I was lied to about regarding length of coverage as well. This dealership will also FORCE you into using their financing by denying you to pay cash or use any type of outside lending. You must accept whatever insane rates they want to stick you at. They will also try to give you your documents on a flash drive in the hopes of pulling a fast one on you with missing docs or altered numbers. I have never had less leverage when buying a vehicle in my life. I ordered this vehicle and waited 7 months for it, and thought I was going to have to walk away from it because they were not going to be able to honor what they originally promised. If I didn't buy it, they were just going to sell it to someone else for even more than I was about to pay for it. They literally could not care less if I bought or walked. TL;DR I was promised I would be sold my custom ordered vehicle at MSRP + TTL, and when the vehicle arrived there were $8,000 of misc. items on top of the price of the vehicle. I had to spend 3 hours at this dealership to come anywhere close to what was originally promised to me. They force you to use their financing and do not accept outside lending. Shady tactics and deceptive staff. They are the reason why Ford dealerships are getting a bad reputation. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again whether it be for service, sales, or warranty work. More
