Ok experience until it wasn't. If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a vehicle here because it was the vehicle we were looking for, we just had our second child less than a If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a vehicle here because it was the vehicle we were looking for, we just had our second child less than a week earlier and needed a bigger vehicle. At first things were good but it all started to move in a different direction when I said I would be paying cash. Dealers don't care about cash anymore because they make more money off of financing, which is fine but I shouldn't be treated differently because I'm paying cash and buying the car out right. Next, my sales person Simon was working 2 other deals at the same time as mine. Finally after all said and done, three days after I bought, I brought the vehicle to a certified dealer of it's original make to be checked over by their certified mechanics. It was found to have a leak in the axel shaft and would cost over 1,000 dollars to repair. I brought that info back to Huntley Ford and my sales man and they procrastinated to answer until after I could just return the vehicle. I just feel like this is something that should have been caught on their inspections and if not, have some accountability, own up to it and fix the problem More

We’ve purchased a few cars in our life and finance has always gone over what we are signing. Don’t remember the guys name but he would just put a paper in front of us and say sign here. My husband would have to ask him what we were signing. I don’t feel like we should be asking. Explanation of each paper and what it is that we were signing would have been nice. More

Very dishonest dealership. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there to buy a car. They list cars low then tack on thousands in hidden fees. Then they lied to us, saying we weren’t the first ones to test drive it but our salesman had to get the car from the shop because it just got done with its inspection. Been shopping for vehicles for a couple weeks. These folks advertise through autotrader and cars.com. So they are on internet, but wont deal with you unless you are on site. Puts up so many red flags for me that its hard to trust them when they are not transparent and using typical sales tactics. All I want is an honest dealer that doesn't charge extra fees. I could just tell by the woman I was talking to that I didnt want to do business with this dealer. She was rude and pushy. More
