Beware if you are buying from out-of-state. I noticed that they had underpaid Indiana sales tax but charged me the correct amount. I called them about 2 months after buying the car and they initially explained that the amount always is different "because they are a reciprocal state with IL" - which was irrelevant but many people may just accept. When they realized that I knew they were wrong they told me that they owed me over $500 for both overcharged sales tax and License & Title fees and would overnight me a check. It was clear to me that they were not intending to contact me or send me a check until they realized that I knew the facts. The amount that they charge you for sales tax should be the same amount that your home state receives from them so check that when you register your vehicle. Otherwise the experience was pretty professional and the car itself was great. More

Horrible service! We were purchasing Tesla and Joon Choi was our sale agent. They are trying to fool you on everything! Our agreed trade in price with Joon for Mercedes was 9,500$ but in contract than they count it only as 4,500$ trade in value and when you have 4month old baby on hands and trying to finish buying process as soon as possible you don't pay attention and taking word of the salesman .Price for the warranty they IMPOSE is triple over market price. We purchased Tesla on 06/01/23 and were told it is in Tesla service just for minor repairs for few days and is in perfect condition.Then that car has couple of small scratches and they will fix it in a few days,then they waiting on few clips for bumper,then they waiting for bumper.We were getting lots of promises that it is going to be ready by the end of the week then by next week and so on…It’s been a month and after that fit and finish of the work they have done is ridiculously bad.And after all of this Salesman(Joon Choi) said I shouldn’t use word perfect!Never Ever again!Do not recommend to anyone. Avoid this dealership any way! More
