I called in trying to buy a car from out of state. I was told no initially that they would not sell me a car out of state. Then I called back again and was told they would would need to ask their mana I was told no initially that they would not sell me a car out of state. Then I called back again and was told they would would need to ask their manager but only if I was ready to purchase. I told them I was and would wait for a call back with the managers approval and videos of the wear and tear on the interior. I never received a call back so I filled out another form on Cars.com and another sales person called me back. I asked her the same questions that I wanted detailed videos of the interior of the common wear an tear on the car. I explained I was fine with normal wear but wanted to know it before I purchased. They told me they were extremely busy and the largest Ford dealer in the state, so it would take some time to get back to me. Again, no call back, so I called back a week later asking for an update and was told they would get it to me again after explaining to me how busy they were. Now almost two weeks since my original request, I got a call back. Victoria was the sales person this time and she told me they could not do customer videos and again they are extremely busy. Then when I told her just to forget about it, she told me that she could do the video. I realized then that I was doing business with the wrong Ford dealership. So instead of buying a 61K car, I decided to go buy the 100K Escalade since they have been providing me great customer service. If your looking to be treated like a sale and not like a person, this is the perfect dealership for you. I myself can't believe Ford would allow this type of service. More
