Extremely customer service oriented and trustworthy of work done on vehicles. Bait and switch - do not waste your time driving any amount of distance to trade in your vehicle. Though Huntley uses Kelly Blue Book (KBB) on their website to assess your cars value, when you get to th amount of distance to trade in your vehicle. Though Huntley uses Kelly Blue Book (KBB) on their website to assess your cars value, when you get to the dealership they use a different source that only offers wholesale price. This results in a material price discrepancy that if known on the front end would have saved me a lot of time. It is required to deal in person at this dealership and they would not discuss anything over the phone. Trade in value, as the term implies, is what I should expect a dealership to offer when I am trading. Huntley also is a huge fan for overcharging fees at the end of the transaction. Plan for an 5-8% markup for "Dealer Prep and Delivery". I was looking at a newer vehicle and it looked like it had not been detailed after taking delivery from the auction. There was also a ton of cosmetic body work (scratches and whatnot) that could have easily been taken care of before offering it for sale. This tells me that they did nothing to earn that prep fee and argued that it should be removed. This is not the first car I had purchased from Huntley and was able to get this waived in the past, but its not a guarantee in all situations. Great selection, I wont ignore that, however be careful and be prepared to have an unnecessary conversation. More
