I saw a vehicle I want to purchase advertised on Cars. com and their website. I text and email (no response). I call and am told by Megan the sales person that they don’t do online sales (nice since com and their website. I text and email (no response). I call and am told by Megan the sales person that they don’t do online sales (nice since you advertise nationally online)… I must come in to purchase. I live 400 miles away. I’ve purchased my last two vehicles this way… but they won’t. I said, I’m not flying there without out the door pricing agreed on ahead of time. She said they don’t negotiate unless you are there in person but their GM doesn’t refuse reasonable offers. Then said, I’ll leave him your name and MAYBE he will call you back. Gee thanks big time…. I call back a few days later and ask for the GM. The gatekeepers won’t allow me to get him in the phone. So, I think, why make it so hard to buy a car? Then I go to Google to read the reviews. Now it makes sense… because they want to use high pressure tactics to jack up the pricing via their finance department and fees… thanks anyways. More
Probably the worst experience at a dealership. These people truest don’t care about the customer. Let’s start with the price of the vehicle which was approximately $34,888.00. They tried bamboozling me to sign to pay almost 3k for certification for a used 2021 Mach-e Gt. I rejected the certification. They then said ok and they made it seemed that I had to pay for some other. Ridiculous fees. For example filling the tires with nitrogen, getting the car cleaned and etching the vin on the windows. Those fees amounted to almost another approximately 4k.. So from the actual $34,888.00 they came back with a stupid amount of approximately 45k-46k don’t recall exactly. I was like are you kidding me I’m not paying that amount. I’m only paying the fees for plates and state taxes. They continued to make try to pay for those fees. I just wonder how many clueless customers got scammed. I would never go back to them again. Managers are xxxxxxxx just trying to line their pockets and don’t care about customers. More

Horrible experience! My father-in-law has been in the car business for 40 years and was the one who encouraged me to write this. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, rude, fake marketing and the GM, store manager and salesperson are bad people. They are a big company, very little communication between people and departments, and every time we called, we received different answers. Long story short-we signed paperwork beginning of November and put $5,000 down, there was a list of items that they agreed to fix, and we were given no timeline. We checked in often receiving different answers and updates. The salesperson was having a family issue, so when he didn't answer, we called the store for updates. Over a month later they said all items were completed except for one (which we received an IOU for), and they informed me the car needed to be picked up ASAP or the deal would be unwound (which I had never heard such a demand, especially since we had been waiting on them). We went to pick it up, as requested, all items agreed upon were NOT complete. A rear reflector taillight was broken, and the car had not been cleaned; old sunglasses, hair ties, wrappers and the previous owner's PERSONAL info and insurance was still in the car. The salesperson apologized, said it was an oversight, and he would rectify the situation. The next day they called and informed me they were canceling our deal. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I wouldn't be getting a call back and was hung up on. At no point did they EVER tell me the day we attempted to pick up the vehicle that if we didn't take it that day, they would unwind the deal. The GM, Abe, called us annoying, mocked us, said my husband threatened him, we called too much, and he was losing money on the car. After we got an attorney involved, they said they can "give" us the car-not like we were paying $60k for it....VERY rude, condescending, and the prices online are only listed to get you in the door. Also, get all communication in writing- they try to pull old emails unrelated to recent communication and use that against you. More

Was told a simple oil change in the "Quick Lane" would take two hours, which was fine, except then the two hours turned into six. No one contacted me after two hours to tell me it was going to take much l take two hours, which was fine, except then the two hours turned into six. No one contacted me after two hours to tell me it was going to take much longer. I had to call and find this out. Was told there were "two other big jobs that had come in". Obviously the big jobs were not there when I dropped my car off and they told me two hours. Service desk staff was rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. Took my car down the street to the Jiffy Lube instead, where it was done in 45 minutes by friendly and professional staff. Will never bring a vehicle to Huntley Ford again for service. More
