Do not trust what they say. Be sure to read over your paperwork. Do not trust the salesmen as this dealer charges way over MSRP. They don't work online or over the phone, just in showroom. Did a credit app and gave my trade details and they refused to work with me. I had an appointment to look at a Certified Pre-owned 2019 Ford F-150 on Wednesday, January 17th. When we arrived, we sat down with a salesman and requested to see the truck that I scheduled an appointme 2019 Ford F-150 on Wednesday, January 17th. When we arrived, we sat down with a salesman and requested to see the truck that I scheduled an appointment to see. They brought out the car, covered in ice and snow, with a cracked windshield. We then asked if they can clean off the snow before we drove the car. While they brought the car back to get cleaned, we told the salesman that we were interested in trading in my 2016 Ford Mustang. He said we would not get much money for the car and never even offered to look at it. When the salesman came back, he stated that we cannot drive the car because the car needed mechanical work. We then discussed a price we would be willing to pay after the repairs and he then went and talked with the manager. We were then asked to come to the front, where a person named Chris said that we can come back once the car is fixed. Then we were shown to the door. We lived an hour away and when I scheduled the appointment, we were never told about the condition of the truck. We had an extremely disappointing experience and have never been treated so badly at a car dealership. More
