Recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Huntley Ford. Eduardo was our salesperson. Negotiated price didn't match paperwork, also included extra services not wanted and added that cost into the total above negotiated price. A month after purchase we still don't have plates or registration paperwork from DMV and dealership is silent when asking if everything was properly filed with DMV. More
