I took my Escape into the Quicklane recently. Galen was very friendly checking me in. They had a little bit of a wait, so Galen offered to give me a ride home and then bring the vehicle to me whe Galen was very friendly checking me in. Recently had a great experience with Huntley Ford. Called and spoke with Libby about a recall notice I got. She said my recall was available for mobile service. I had no idea they even did this! It was a very lucky day for me when I contacted Joon. at Huntley Ford to look at a truck. Although I did not buy that truck I drove off the lot the next day with a great truck. Corey was great to work with. We knew which vehicle we wanted when we walked in. They honored the advertised internet price that had brought us in, and didn’t push hard on the extra coverage packages the dealership offers. That is important to me in a salesperson.
