I love the mobile remote technician service, my vehicle does not have to be tied up for hours or days to have repairs made. More

Was looking at a car online and confirmed the availability of the vehicle almost ever other day until I was able to drive down since I live 2 hours out of state. Prior to getting on the road and heading down, I was affirmed that THE CAR WAS STILL ON THE LOT! Almost 2 hours later, I arrive for my appointment and to my surprise, the car sold 2 days before my arrival. I was told the CDK cyberattack was responsible for the mix up in inventory. Before leaving, I was shown a couple options way out of my explicitly disclosed budget of course. I'm giving a 1 star as the dealer knew what I was looking for/at, knew my budget, and most of all KNEW I was traveling a decent distance from out of state. In my opinion, the CDK outage excuse is weapons grade bullshhhhh given I asked for availability multiple times leading up to my arrival. Unfortunately I can not recommend this dealer. More

terrible experience. first salesman Tommy didnt seem to want to spend much time with me as he handed me his car and seemed to want me to leave despite the fact that i wa first salesman Tommy didnt seem to want to spend much time with me as he handed me his car and seemed to want me to leave despite the fact that i was seriously interested in buying the vehicle i test drove. then when i asked him to write it up and he immediately started to add on xx costs and add ons. I left since it was clear he was trying to jack the end cost. i drove 80 miles again 2 days later and requested a different salesman. this time i worked with Christian. he was Worse. constant games trying to add on Bogus charges, fees, add ons. i repeatedly told him i just wanted tax, title, license and final cost. He would leave and not come back and then when he did he would have add on costs in the calc. its obvious every salesman is taught to delay, distract, frustrate, and attempt to decieve customers to get higher end prices. I had brought my 16 yr old son with to drive my car home, cause i seriously planned to buy this vehicle, and even he could easily spot the Lame tactics to scam and decieve. after 1 hr 40 minutes we had enough and left. they are dishonest. buyer beware More

I noticed an undercarriage issue with my F150 I called and was directed to the Quick Lane. I walked in Galen greeted me asked what the problem was. Galen told me it was a simple fix and no charge.
