Bernie took care to provide us with great service, very personalized and at the same time very professional. Bernie went above and beyond to meet our requests and to get the deal done to everyone satisfaction. Bernie was a pleasure to dealt with. Then there was the Sales Manager Frank. Frank was another pleasure to work with; Frank too went above normal expectations to give me a wonderful deal, one were I felt was more than fair. There was no pressure, and Frank paid attention to what I want. and went out there and got it for me. I have to thank Frank for our great new vehicle. Last, but not least, was the finance manager - Dave. Dave was knowledgeable, and totally thorough, clear, and upfront, There was no pressure, just total professionalism and courtesy. I am in and out of his office in no time (and it was not rushed). This was the first time in all of my car buying years of dealing with the finance department that was actually pleasurable. Most of the process was actually done over the phone, so I just had to go in to sign documents, and there was no hidden costs on the actual signed document. The team at Huntington Volvo is one of the best, and they are a well-oiled machine, I am glad that I traveled the thirty miles to visit them, because it provided a great opportunity to meet a wonderful team and get a great vehicle.
