I was willing to meet them half way and pay $1000 more than the advertised price. But they are so greedy and didn't move the price at all. No transparency what's so ever. At one point they even admitted that they do that to get people in and hope they'll buy a car, cause "all dealers do it", reputable dealers dont do that even if the ad was a mistake they most likely will honor it. Waste of time Terrible people with no regard of anyone's time. I was going back and forth with these guys for three days for a Odyssey. It was first sold then it became available then it got sold. Became available again then no one wanted to send or post pictures. Then finally when I got Mr. Manander to agree to send me pictures he call back in 20 mins to tell me it was sold. WTH... Very Frustrating. Stop being shady if your list price is low then raise it do not play games to get people to come in for a sweet deal and the tell them when you realized they are set on a vehicle that it is sold as you have no chance to sell them something else for more money...... More

The sage wisdom I received from my exalted mechanic, Vinny of Plainview, when I told him we were going to get a CRV was exactly this, 'great little car, make sure you get the warranty on the electronics, cars today are like rolling computers, if something goes, its thousands of dollars, if you don't get the warranty you're in trouble. These days you have to, get the warranty, if you don't, you're being foolish" Poor Lorenzo when he explains this to people they think he is trying to sell them something they don't need, he is actually trying to HELP you! Lorenzo is like that for everything. Best rate, best deal, no messing around. That's Lorenzo. He explains everything with patience. He's absolutely terrific. GOLAN, RICHIE, SERVICE TECH MANAGER EDWIN ARE THE BEST!! Normally most car salesmen get a bad rap. But Golan Stern is above all an honest salesman (perhaps to his misfortune, as he put it). As the other reviews have said about the $1,995 issue, it is true but as Golan pointed to me, it is like that with every single other dealer. I've combed cargurus and edmunds for 2 months and ended up buying through Golan and Richie. Golan helped with the purchase (he allowed me to inspect the used car before buying and was willing to fix anything that I thought was wrong - Edwin, the service manager was very helpful in that, and Richie gave me a pretty good deal for my trade in. We could always ask for more, but given that I've met so many car salesmen and dealerships, I do feel this dealership with Golan spearheading the deal, is a great choice. However, Golan is on temporary leave, but if and whenever he comes back, he is the man to go to. Honesty is what's most important when it comes to buying anything, and Golan made it happen. All in all, I would definitely get another vehicle from here if I could get the same dream team that I got last time... Golan, Richie and Edwin. More

AVOID FINANCING HERE AT ANY COST! DO NOT FINANCE HERE. THEY ARE COLLUDED TO TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN FROM YOU AND YOUR FAMILY; THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR HELPING YOU. DO NOT BE FOOL! DO NOT FINANCE HERE. THEY ARE COLLUDED TO TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN FROM YOU AND YOUR FAMILY; THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR HELPING YOU. DO NOT BE FOOL!... LISTEN (READ) AND UNDERSTAND!!. They told me that they would check my credit to let me know "the bank" interest rate, which sounded pretty understandable and fair... Well, they did it (My credit is excellent: 815 FICO SCORE, 09/29/2018), but unexpectedly, they finished giving me the same interest rate that they initially told me would apply for those with 720 credit score: 5.64%. A loan for a used car from a bank has a cheaper interest rate 3.04%. I simply WALKED AWAY after signing my 500 dollars REFUND VOUCHER, but bad news, they checked my credit and now there is an inquiry on it. THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT SINCE THEY COULD NOT SELL ME ANYTHING. YES, YOU GUYS, WHO TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY YESTERDAY AT "HUNTINGTON HONDA WEST" ARE ALSO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. I WILL BE METICULOUSLY MONITORING MY CREDIT DURING THE FOLLOWING MONTHS AND ALSO MY CREDIT CARD SINCE I BROUGHT IT TO THE SELLER, AND TO THE FINANCE PERSON. I AM AFRAID OF THEY COULD HAVE COPIED MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. NOW, I HAVE REASONS TO BELIEVE THAT YOU COULD HAVE DONE THAT. THEY LIED TO ME SINCE THE BEGINNING, since THEIR "Internet price" works ONLY after you pay them 1995 dollars... Not kidding!. Their internet price went up from 33,800 to 39,000 dollars. Important: This salesman tends to lose his composure when facing smart costumers (visible through his verbal and non-verbal language). He suggested me, very impolitely, to look for a cheaper car while I was negotiating the final price with him; this happened after visiting them for 1st. time, and sending an email where I clearly advised them to not contact me again if they could not accept my 36,000 dollars for a 2015 4Runner (24,000 financed). Well, the salesman, called me the following day to manage a very sarcastic conversation with me that ended with him announcing their excellent news: 'I've been authorized by the management to offer you this car for: 36,970 dollars". Therefore, I sent them another email demanding for a different salesman to continue negotiating, but they kept the same salesman with me, so he called me the day after to announcing me that "I won" (who said that a salesman should not seem to be in a competition with his costumer). I called my insurance company and left everything ready. Minutes before visiting the dealer for second time, I emailed them the following message: "... looking forward to having a conversation with your finance person to know if the bank's interest rate works for us. Will be the by 4:00pm. Ready to purchase the car or walking away"... SO AS YOU KNOW, I WALKED AWAY. In case you don't believe me and take the unnecessary risk of buying a car here, this will happen to you and you will remember my words: While you will be negotiating the price with them, they will ask you their famous: "Do you like the car?" every time they are in trouble to change topics (several times), then just reply to them: "That's pretty obvious. Now, let's come back to the conversation about the price". Hey, managers, you need to update your people with newer selling techniques. You guys really need it; you never offered me your apologies in person, neither of you!!. You made me losing my time and LIED ME!... So, do not offer me your apologies now only because people (potential victims, sorry costumers) are reading this; please don't be hypocrites!. I am aware that now you have my personal information, but I know how to deal with people like you, to my fortune my best friend is an excellent successful lawyer and he is aware of everything you did to me yesterday Saturday, 09/29/2018 at 5:00pm.
