Andre showed us car after car after car, and test drove every one, until my son decided which he wanted. All the while with a smile on his face and pep in his step, Andre made the deal happen for sure. The dealership fixed up every scratch on the used vehicle we purchased, and it came to us looking brand new, we couldn't be happier! Extremely rude, don't return calls, and dishonest. Came in for lease. Got a price of $279 month for 48 months. Paid all fees taxes and bank fee. Salesperson throws us to leasing man. They said that's it. Very rude. I said I don't want it then but they said I would lose $100 for taxes. I said I only had car 3 weeks??? Scam artist!! Plus they dropped lease price in 3 weeks to $259 a month. I said that's not fair. They said that's it. Terrible crooked uncaring unkind people!!!!!!! I would not ever recommend them to not one person!!!!! More

I was willing to meet them half way and pay $1000 more than the advertised price. But they are so greedy and didn't move the price at all. No transparency what's so ever. At one point they even admitted that they do that to get people in and hope they'll buy a car, cause "all dealers do it", reputable dealers dont do that even if the ad was a mistake they most likely will honor it. Waste of time Terrible people with no regard of anyone's time. I was going back and forth with these guys for three days for a Odyssey. Then finally when I got Mr. Manander to agree to send me pictures he call back in 20 mins to tell me it was sold. WTH... Very Frustrating. Stop being shady if your list price is low then raise it do not play games to get people to come in for a sweet deal and the tell them when you realized they are set on a vehicle that it is sold as you have no chance to sell them something else for more money...... The sage wisdom I received from my exalted mechanic, Vinny of Plainview, when I told him we were going to get a CRV was exactly this, 'great little car, make sure you get the warranty on the electronics, cars today are like rolling computers, if something goes, its thousands of dollars, if you don't get the warranty you're in trouble. These days you have to, get the warranty, if you don't, you're being foolish" Poor Lorenzo when he explains this to people they think he is trying to sell them something they don't need, he is actually trying to HELP you!
