This is my second time getting a car from Huntington Mazda. I am a returning customer because the first time experience was excellent all around. With a great sales experience and great service that followed there was no question I would return to this dealership when needing another car. So two weeks ago I returned and dealt with Nic Lazalde in sales Ozzy Rios was over seeing the negotiations. Ozzy did my deal 3 years ago. It was the end of August 2023 when negotiating on a 2024 car. My gratitude runs deep to both Ozzy and Nic Lazalde for their team work to make this deal happn. Not only was this experience truly pleasant with no pressure, but they once again worked a deal beyond what I expected for a 2024 Mazda 3 Carbon. Carlos in finance completed the task of the financial paper work and needed signatures. He too added to making this the most positive dealership experience. For anyone interested in a Mazda, make it a point to check out this dealership. They truly know what excellent customer service and loyalty is about!!! More

The more I talked to Eric, the more I felt like home, and he introduced me to his internet manager, Mr. Joe, who was showing me the lease summary and going over all details and questions that I have for him. Joe was so helpful and straightforward at explaining things and sharing some of his leasing car experiences which help me to make an easy decision on the lease. To Mr. Carlos finally helping me to complete the lease agreement and sign some paperworks with ease and fun conversations in between. It was such an easy, smooth, and quick process for me to lease the car. Everything was on point from start to end. We were not the easiest customers because of our documents situation, but Joe made us feel welcome. Another great thing about Joe - I never felt like he was pushing us to buy the car. Instead, he was patient and let us make the decision on our own. The facilities were good and the rest of the staff was very polite. P.S. Unfortunately, the car showed some internal network error, and though Joe told us it could be fixed remotely, it still isn't fixed for a week now. More
