His post purchase orientation of our certified CX9 was clear and thorough and Joe did all he could to be sure we were comfortable with the car and the new functions we weren’t familiar with. I had purchased a new 2005 Teibute from Huntington Beach Mazda, with a great buying experience also. Then the dealership was more willing to negotiate and we were very comfortable with the purchase. The car buying climate has changed since then. We feel we got a “fair” deal, which is the most that can be expected in this present climate.Joe made the buying experience a pleasure.Thanks Joe! More

There aren't enough kind words I could write about this dealership. This is my 2nd car dealing with Huntington Beach and Ozzy Rios is one of the nicest Sales manager there is! I went back to this dealershi dealership. This is my 2nd car dealing with Huntington Beach and Ozzy Rios is one of the nicest Sales manager there is! I went back to this dealership because my 1st experience was so good. When people are happy where they work it shows in how they talk to you and handle business. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Nick Lazalde showed me the car and was very helpful in answering any and all questions.He has a bright future ahead in sales. He made sure before I left to explain everything in detail and with a very pleasant attitude. Ozzy made the whole transaction very smooth and really easy for me. Everyone I dealt with from Nick, Ozzy and Carlos the finance manager was exceptionally nice and handled turning in my old car efficiently and with great ease.
