Bob really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and he also gave me other options so I could make a comparison. I emailed him beforehand with a list of cars that I was looking at, and I told him the price range I was aiming for and other specifications. When I came in he was prepared and clearly did his homework, which made it very easy for me! I was pretty much ready to buy the first car that he showed me because it was exactly what I was asking for, but he took the time to show me other options that would have actually been a better deal for me rather than showing me more expensive cars. This being my first car, Bob explained everything to me very well and I had a great experience at Humes. Matt also took the time to thank me and congratulate me on my first purchase, which made me feel like I was a valued customer. I love my new Jeep Compass and I'll definitely keep coming back!
