This was our worst car buy experience in my life.......... My daughter bought a used 2020 36k truck with 20k miles on September 25th. Once we got the truck home we immediately started having life.......... My daughter bought a used 2020 36k truck with 20k miles on September 25th. Once we got the truck home we immediately started having problems. While looking the truck over we started to realize it had been wrecked. The Carfax was clean. But underneath the hood had burn marks that had been concealed with touchup paint. The inner fender didn't match, overspray on the windshield wipers, fender and hood not matching up, one of the headlights were different and several electronic issues in the front. Hood ajar, automatic shutoff was messed up. We bought it on a Saturday and went back on Monday to get some of the issues addressed. Some of the stuff they tried to address but the areas of concern around the wreck portion they told us they would talk to someone and get back to us. Problem is they would never get back to us. Another issue would come up and we would have to drive an hour to get it checked out. The final straw was the sunroof stopped working and would not open. I called to talk to the GM and he seemed like he wanted to help saying we would get a replacement car for her. Which I thought was best and was happy to hear. Man I was wrong. Once she got to the dealer they tried to force her into cars that she didn't want by saying if she didn't get it today she was stuck with the wrecked car. When she would explain why she didn't want it they would sort of dismiss it as not a valid reason. She had paid a lot of money down and traded in her paid off car. They said they were in a time crunch for the lender and that's why they were pressuring her so much. But the lender told us differently . When she finally decided on a truck they brought it to her the next day and said they would email the papers to sign and that it would only be 10 to 15 more per month. That was on a Friday. On Monday they called to say that if we don't come that day they were coming to get the truck. We called the dealer and spoke to the floor manager and he said he would figure out what was going on and return my call. Once again he did not call back. But the sales person did speak to my daughter and comprised on a day we could come which was Thursday. We all have jobs and had to take off to fix their mess up. When we arrived it was not ready. We had to wait forever. When they came to discuss it they were not replacing the car they were doing a whole new deal. And the payment was going to be almost 70 per month more. AND IT WAS A LESSER CAR with MORE MILES. On top of that they had us doing a complete new deal trading in the original car instead of the replacement car like the General Manager said he was going to do. The SM was condescending to my wife and daughter. Tried to say that the "Experienced Sales person" would never tell you 10 or 15 dollars more per month. At that point the other sales person stepped up and said "Actually he did sir" . Which I really respected him for doing. After that the SM went on to say "I mean if you just do the math you would have known the car would have been more than that!" So condescending, the worst car buying experience in my life. And as someone that was in the industry the worst leadership I have ever seen in my life. The end result we put some more money down to get her in the car. It's her car, money and decision to do it. I told her not to. Below is the picture of the car we originally bought. It's been wrecked. They had listed for 36 when we bought it. They already have it back on their site for sale at 40k. The SM stated "we don't make much profit in used cars any more!" 4k is a pretty good profit that you probably made on us as well the first time around. I reached out to the owners but no reply as of yet. More

My husband and I purchased a jeep wrangler. We are in love with it and the service is excellent. Exceptional Experience We were looking for a very specific color and option set on a Chrysler 200C. We found the car Humboldt Chrysler a 2 hour drive from home. I contacted online sales at Graves Chevrolet inquiring about a 2013 Camaro. Samantha VanDyke was the representative. Her sweet telephone demeanor and genuine concern to meet my vehicle needs convinced me to deal with Graves Chevrolet. She followed up several times with me to make sure I had all the information I needed to make a wise decision. I'm glad I have had the opportunity to develop a personal and professional relationship with her. I feel that having such a caring and knowledgeable associate in the position she holds is an important asset to the dealership because she is one who initially speaks with prospective online customers like me!
