I was at this dealership on Tuesday April 6 2010 1:45 PM to have a look at the car spoke to receptionist and Jose came up to assist me. He was not ready to work with me because i told him that i am looking to have a look at the car spoke to receptionist and Jose came up to assist me. I told him exactly, I am shopping around. I am not making a decision right now. He tells me that he can show me the car but you have to wait. meanwhile, he goes in to the office of his coworker named Mo manzoor and he is having fun and laughing. I asked him how long do i have to wait, he said i am busy right now or you can ask the receptionist to find someone who is available. I told him thats what i did and you came up to assist me, now you are busy since i am not making a decision right now. I left the dealership and not going there again and also would suggest others not to go there again. More

This is my second purchase with Hudson. 4/15/2010 I am changing my rating for this dealer...after you buy your car you are treated like garbage essentially. I called to see if my plates came in...yes I called, no one bothered to call me. The woman who finally told me they were in "yeah they are here" and then promptly hung up the phone on me. Not even waiting for my response. I also was looking to get an upgrade to my alarm system and a remote starter installed. The service dept had no clue what came with my car, brand new purchased from them 3 weeks prior! In the age of computers you would think if I gave my name they would have the vin and immediately have this information at their finger tips. The experience on the day of the purchase vs now is like night and day...WOW. I'll take my car some place else for service thank you! More

Recently purchased a new RAV4 from Hudson. All staff were extremely helpful throughout the financial process. Declan Ogoke coordinated everything for me and assisted with the process. Saved me a big hassle of doing it on my own. Financing was also processed through Toyota and went off without a hitch. They even followed up, to make sure everything was OK and that I was satisfied. This is my 2nd new car purchase at Hudson and will definitely not be the last. More

Hudson Toyota has a very friendly environment, and the staff know what they are talking about, and treated me like a person and not just a sale.
