Hudson Toyota

My experience with Toyota on this week was awesome. I was desperately in search of a Toyota Camry and Hudson Toyota stepped up to the plate. The hospitality that was given by Sales Rep. Cesar was indescribab desperately in search of a Toyota Camry and Hudson Toyota stepped up to the plate. The hospitality that was given by Sales Rep. Cesar was indescribable he was determined and persistent in getting me just what I was looking for. He gave me options and choices that I could not resist and he was so patient with me because I was giving him a hard way so I thought, but he remained humble and came through for me and I drove off Hudson Toyota Lot today 5/01/10 with my 2010 Camry. My experience at Hudson Toyota was terrible. I have shopped around in other dealerships too and Hudson Toyota was absolutely the worst. The worst part of my experience was to deal with Cesar A Ronquill shopped around in other dealerships too and Hudson Toyota was absolutely the worst. The worst part of my experience was to deal with Cesar A Ronquillo (sales). To make a long story short, he made numerous attempts to play tricks with numbers, eg. sales price, trade-in price. When we discovered his tricks on numbers and the deal fell through, surprisingly he was still trying to trick us with some bogus calculation of prices to convince us that the deal was the best deal we could find. He would go as far as saying "Look at this price -- we are providing the remote control key that's worth $659 to you for free.", when remote control key is a standard feature on any new cars you can find in U.S. nowadays. I understand all salesmen always try to throw numbers at customers to get us confused, but there are some that are more skillful and some that are totally unskillful. Cesar A Ronquillo is definitely at the bottom of the "unskillful" list. More

I first spoke with Maria over the phone who set up my appointment and let me know what I would need to bring and what to expect when I arrived. I was met promptly by Cesar (sales) who really listened to what I had to say and helped me find the perfect car to meet my requested price range, style and color. Cesar was NOT over aggressive, very easy to speak with and was able to answer every question I had. The deal process went smoothly and quickly moved into the management office where Juan was able to complete the process without turning my offer into a joke. (Thanks Juan!) Steve finalized my purchase in a thorough and efficient manner and before I knew it I was driving home in my new car. In general the facility is clean open bright and welcoming. Everyone there was down to earth, friendly and polite. I was given ample time to think and speak privately with my husband, and when I asked a question, I received a straight answer. No one tried to trick or confuse me with fast talk or dealer lingo, and when it was time to look at numbers, everything was itemized, explained and easy to comprehend. The entire experience was EXTREMELY REFRESHING after having to deal with constant pecking and haggling at other dealerships where I was left feeling bullied, intimidated and confused. Whenever considering in buying a new vehicle the stress can be very over whelming. Its sort one of the most hardest positions to be in. All over a car, I mean come on its not a house!! But I was confonted by a very nice gentleman named Caesar who informed me that he will be here for me to make me feel comfortable and make the right decsision. He stated I am not forced to do anything that I did not want to... It was great!! They gave me a great deal, allowing me to make payments in my price range... Overall it was a smooth transition..
