Went to this dealer for the second time in the past year. My first experience was very good (purchased 2011 Corolla). This time, I was looking to lease a RAV4. I went with the mindset of leasing the LE mo My first experience was very good (purchased 2011 Corolla). This time, I was looking to lease a RAV4. I went with the mindset of leasing the LE model but a couple of dollars more decided to get the XLE w/ navigation instead. Once again, Mr. Tirso Pena and Juan Morisete exceeded my expectations. Tirso was brilliant at explaining all of the RAV4 features. He was very patient and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Very professional from the beginning and he is part of the reason why I chose to return to this dealership for a second time (I live 63 miles away!). Juan was straight forward when it came time to talk numbers. He explained to me the importance of gap insurance. After getting past this topic, it was all smooth sailing from there. All in all, I have had 2 VERY PLEASANT experiences with this dealership within a 12 month period. I will definitely be back here when my lease expires. Thank you Tirso! Thank you Juan! 2008 INFINITI G37 SPORT I WAS THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT WAS VERY NERVOUS WITH BUYING A CAR FROM AN ACTUAL BIG DEALERSHIP BEFORE I BOUGHT MY INFINITI. HOWEVER, ELVIS MADE EVER I WAS THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT WAS VERY NERVOUS WITH BUYING A CAR FROM AN ACTUAL BIG DEALERSHIP BEFORE I BOUGHT MY INFINITI. HOWEVER, ELVIS MADE EVERYTHING VERY SMOOTH AND SIMPLE. I ACTUALLY WENT TO HIM BACK AND FORTH TILL WE FINALLLY FOUND A GOOD FIT FOR ME/MY FAMILY. THAT WAS ACTUALLY THE HARDEST PART. HASHING OUT A DEAL WAS VERY QUICK AND FAR (IN MY OPINON). HE KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND I GOT IT. I COULDN'T SAY MORE POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT HIM OR THE DEALERSHIP. THERE WERE HICCUPS WITH THE PLATES(OUT OF STATE) BUT I WAS GIVEN A LOANER IN THE MEANTIME WHICH MADE THE TRANSACTION MUCH MORE CONVENIENT . IN THE FINANCIAL DEPT, WE WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING LINE BY LINE AND EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED. I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND SURPRISED. THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED 2 YEARS AGO BUT I JUST HAD TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE REVIEWED AND GIVEN CREDIT IN SOME WAY. IN JANUARY, I WILL BE LOOKING TO BUY A NEW CAR. I was searching around for 4-hours for a new car until I ended up at Hudson Toyota. I found a used car online. It looked great so I called this dealer and spoke with Jezza. She was extremely helpful and kind. She even stayed late to ensure we lock in a great rate on the used car. She also coordinated a sales associate with whom I would be working with. Upon arriving to Toyota I met Caesar, the most down to earth friendly guy you'll ever meet. I knew this had to be a good sign. He showed me the used BMW X5 I was interested in. He was very informative and alleviated my buying concerns. To be honest I only wanted to check out the car and wasn't expecting to buy it on the spot. But I did! Caesar's professionalism and ressaurance convinced me I was in good hands. Even my wife was impressed, and she's pretty tough to win over when it comes to sales. After finalizing with Caesar, we met Jenny in the financing department. She was kind and helpful as well. I didn't think I would finance through toyota, because my banker already gave me a good rate; but Toyota beat it! Overall great dealer, great teamwork amongst a profession group of associates.
