The reason I had to return to your dealership is because on my first visit to get a simple oil change the drain was not tightened and fell off while driving. Luckily I did not drive far when the oil warning on my first visit to get a simple oil change the drain was not tightened and fell off while driving. Luckily I did not drive far when the oil warning light came on. The oil was drained from the engine and could have caused serious problems. I contacted AAA to tow the car back to your dealer. I hope no additional damage will occur in the future. I was not pleased with the level of service. It also caused me to spend additional time for you correct it. Martin and Erna Enes More
