My new car ended up with a terrible issue. I was fortunately close to the dealership and drove right there instead of home. I was assisted right away even though I had no appointment and they I was fortunately close to the dealership and drove right there instead of home. I was assisted right away even though I had no appointment and they weren't prepared for me. They even offered to drive me home so I didn't have to wait while they investigated the issue. The dealership ended up having my car for probably 6 weeks as they worked through it all. I had a loaner vehicle that was great. And a HUGE special thank you to Dale who worked with me personally from start to finish. He was an excellent communicator, provided education when I needed it, made everything a smooth process with my warranty, took great care of my case, and never made me feel that he was rushed or too busy for me as many times as I was at his desk or on his phone during this process. My husband and I will be delighted to bring my car to him for all scheduled maintenance and anything else our vehicles need in the future.
