We waited 2 days for information on car parts. No word from dealer, so I called and found out all parts were not received. Left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing as my advisor needed to check with the technician by email or text message. How big is Hudson Nissan that the advisor can’t just walk to the service area and speak in person to the technician? In the mean time I wait and wait. Supposedly on Monday my advisor CeeJ will call and let me know if radiator jades make it to Hudson Nissan in 4 days. Come on folks communicate with customers wanting to do local business! More
