Brought my murano in for oil change and tire rotation as scheduled . Was notified there were some other things that should be done. She didn’t know the cost but would check and let me know. 45 minutes la scheduled . Was notified there were some other things that should be done. Even more concerning for the second time they failed to properly inflate my tires. Repeated oversights like this undermine trust and suggest a lack of basic quality control. More

Went in for my oil change when I was approached at the desk the gentleman said in order to keep my warranty I needed for Nissan to check several things. He told us that the car would be ready about 12:30 desk the gentleman said in order to keep my warranty I needed for Nissan to check several things. He told us that the car would be ready about 12:30 we will arrived about 11:00 which was fine we still waiting for our car till 2:00. When we went to check if the car was at least ready we went to the desk and he was trying to tell us about some tires. I told him I didn't want any information I just want to sign the paper and leave. He proceeded to ask if I was paying with cash or credit. I told him for what I have I have done several oil changes never had to pay anything. He said will you told me that we can do some things in the car. I did not tell him anything I thought they would just checking I did not tell him that things these things that I wanted it done. I was so frustrated I just said how much he proceeded to say $356.93 I was beyond shocked. Being so frustrated I just went and gave him the credit card not really wanting to do this. I will never return to Nissan even though I still have one more oil change with my warranty. If this is the way you son works I don't want anything to do with them. More
