I had a 9am apt on a Thursday, they gave me an estimate for the work I requested plus several other items. I declined the extras and approved the original work. Rather than completing my work they kept put for the work I requested plus several other items. I declined the extras and approved the original work. Beware of Nissan of Summerville – Dishonest and Untrustworthy I had a terrible experience with Nissan of Summerville. They sold me a used vehicle that turned out to have major engine issues. Not Untrustworthy I had a terrible experience with Nissan of Summerville. They sold me a used vehicle that turned out to have major engine issues. Not long after purchase, the engine completely blew, despite regular maintenance and no warning signs. I bought this car in good faith and even paid for a warranty, thinking I’d have some peace of mind if anything went wrong. Now that the worst has happened, they’re refusing to properly submit a warranty claim and are trying to charge me additional money for repairs that should clearly be covered. They’re passing the blame, dodging responsibility, and treating me like I’m the problem when they sold me a this certified car in the first place. Save yourself the stress, time, and money go anywhere else. This dealership is the definition of shady business practices and zero accountability. I’m deeply disappointed and will never recommend Nissan of Summerville to anyone. More
