Bought my vehicle on Saturday. Heard a knocking sound while parked so dropped it off 6 days after buying it on Friday. Picked it up on the following Thursday for the to tell me all they did was drive it and check my battery and heard no noise. No diagnostic test was ran even though multiple people told me that they would send me the report. No phone call telling me it was done and no report sent to me. Only shown to me when I picked up my car. So when something serious happens to my car and I have to drop it off again I will not be responsible for any fees. This is ridiculous! This is the second vehicle I got from here and problems within the first week of driving it. Never getting another vehicle from here. More
