I had an 9:45 oil change appointment and waited 3 hours. Nobody should wait that long with an appointment. I was told they probably didn’t have the oil filter in house which is why it took so long. I asked why wouldn’t Nissan have the oil filter in house if they knew I was bringing my car in to get serviced. This is a car that I purchased at Nissan. I was told they don’t operate that way. So what’s the point of making an appointment??? It would be like making an 9:45 appointment to get a haircut and when you get there, you have to wait 3 hours because they didn’t have clippers to cut your hair. More
