I want to share a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I originally came in to purchase a Jeep Wagoneer L. I was provided with information for that specific vehicle, including the VIN and m dealership. I originally came in to purchase a Jeep Wagoneer L. I was provided with information for that specific vehicle, including the VIN and mileage. After discussing pricing, I was later contacted and told that a bank was found that could approve me under the terms I wanted, and I was invited back to complete the deal. When I arrived, the salesperson, Nanna, showed me the financing terms. I signed the paperwork under the assumption that I was purchasing the same Wagoneer L that had been previously discussed. However, after leaving the dealership, I realized that the vehicle I received was not the same car. It turned out to be a standard Jeep Wagoneer, not the L version, with a different VIN and mileage. On top of that, this vehicle is a different trim and does not even have power-folding rear seats, which the original vehicle had. I was also told that I was given a “discount” to make the deal work with the bank. In reality, they extended the loan by 3 additional months, and the total of those extra payments essentially cancels out that so-called discount. I feel completely misled. The difference between a Wagoneer L and a standard Wagoneer is significant — the L version is longer, more expensive, and offers more cargo space, which was important for my needs. The next day, my husband contacted the salesperson. He was told, “it’s not a problem, just bring the car back and take your trade-in.” But this is not a real solution. We need a vehicle, we have a small child, and we already invested time and effort into this purchase. I honestly never thought something like this could happen — that a dealership would substitute a completely different vehicle without clearly explaining it. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership unless you carefully verify the VIN, trim level, and every detail before signing anything. More
