Used the new pickup and delivery service and was incredibly pleased! With my busy schedule, they came and picked up my truck, did the service, and returned my truck to me without me having to leave! incredibly pleased! I had a terrible experience with the Service Department at Hubler Ford. I took my Ford Edge in for Recall work. The repair was scheduled to take 2 days and Hubler Ford informed me they had the necessary at Hubler Ford. I took my Ford Edge in for Recall work. The repair was scheduled to take 2 days and Hubler Ford informed me they had the necessary parts when I dropped it off. It took approximately 1 month for them to repair my car. I asked what happened and they said Ford sent them the wrong part. They never informed me of that for an entire Month! I had a loaner vehicle they provided and it had a tire go low. I had Hubler Ford Franklin patch the tire - and that evening the tire went low again. I took the car into a competitor tire shop the next day since it was a Sunday - the competitor said they did a poor job patching the tire and I would need to replace the tire to the loaner vehicle. I replaced the tire and called Hubler Ford the following Monday - Hubler Ford representative told me they would reimburse me for said tire. I went to pickup my Edge and was then told that Hubler Ford would NOT reimburse me for the tire like they said - and that the representative that promised that had been fired. This has been a terrible experience. Andy Dunn More
