Was lied to about my trade in and also was told the vehicle I bought was a 4x4 and turned out to be AWD. They said there wasn’t a difference in the two, but there is a big difference, just because it h vehicle I bought was a 4x4 and turned out to be AWD. Used the new pickup and delivery service and was incredibly pleased! With my busy schedule, they came and picked up my truck, did the service, and returned my truck to me without me having to leave! incredibly pleased! I had a terrible experience with the Service Department at Hubler Ford. I took my Ford Edge in for Recall work. The repair was scheduled to take 2 days and Hubler Ford informed me they had the necessary at Hubler Ford. I took my Ford Edge in for Recall work. The repair was scheduled to take 2 days and Hubler Ford informed me they had the necessary parts when I dropped it off. It took approximately 1 month for them to repair my car. I asked what happened and they said Ford sent them the wrong part. They never informed me of that for an entire Month! I had a loaner vehicle they provided and it had a tire go low. I had Hubler Ford Franklin patch the tire - and that evening the tire went low again. I took the car into a competitor tire shop the next day since it was a Sunday - the competitor said they did a poor job patching the tire and I would need to replace the tire to the loaner vehicle. I replaced the tire and called Hubler Ford the following Monday - Hubler Ford representative told me they would reimburse me for said tire. I went to pickup my Edge and was then told that Hubler Ford would NOT reimburse me for the tire like they said - and that the representative that promised that had been fired. HUBLER FORD FRANKLIN IN! ! Wow I can’t say enough about how well you treated me. From the very beginning working with Aaron to working through the wait time and closing w ! Wow I can’t say enough about how well you treated me. From the very beginning working with Aaron to working through the wait time and closing with Alex. They were nothing but professional, kind, courteous, prompt and informative through the entire 10 months it took for my vehicle to get delivered. No fault to the dealership at all (we all know the pandemic created material concerns)! From the first day I walked through the door Aaron never made me feel pressured or less than, he treated me as family and answered every question I had. He went through every detail of the vehicle I ordered and the process of ordering it and how it worked. Then with Alex who was upfront and honest about the reality of the time frame it could take, make me feel very comfortable because you knew he was honest and not just trying to sale a vehicle to me. He told me upfront that my build could take upwards to a year ( GREAT NEWS: he beat that be several months). Throughout the 10 months Alex kept me updated and informed along the way with every detail he had available. Every time I would message Alex he responded with the information requested. I ended up making changes to my order in hopes to get it quicker. In doing so Alex was very adamant about making sure it was right and he even recorded a video and sent it to me so that I had evidence/proof to hold him accountable. The dealership also never once tried to update me on anything. No market adjustment, no hidden fees, nothing! Hubler Ford Franklin (in my opinion) wants to keep their clients, customers, friends and family just that Family! They didn’t squeeze me for an additional dime like I experienced at Ray Skillman when trying to purchase a different vehicle and wouldn’t budge off their inflated market adjustment price gouging prices! I’m am very satisfied with Hubler Ford, Alex, Aaron and team. Not only did they make a sale, they gained a long term customer! Thanks again everyone at Hubler Ford Franklin!! More
Purchased a 2020 F150. Had stained driver seat and adhesive on the body from a previous wrap that had been removed. Was agreed to be corrected. Left the vehicle there a couple of days so we didn’t have to travel back and forth. When we called to check status, we were told it was ready. Adhesive was still present, seat was still stained (was told they scotch guarded seats after cleaning) mirror had some strange coating that discolored from the adhesive remover. Sales person made a comment during conversation, “it’s not a new vehicle”. It may not be new, but we spent $40k+ of hard earned $ and expected them to keep their word, didn’t even follow up afterwards. More
