As for the guy in the office that does the signing. I was not impressed. He was pushy about a warranty that I had told him I wasn't interested in. Then when I told him again im not interested he got real short with me just started flipping papers telling me to sign but did not explain a dang thing of what I was signing. Luckily I knew what most of it was. Had a few question about what one form was and he had an attitude with me like I was a waste of his time and wanted me to sign and go away. He was very rude. I was a cash customer. Regardless he should be nicer to people even if they dont want the extra warranties. More
