Service dept was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! More

I literally had my mind made up that I wanted this truck before I got to the dealer. But when I got in it it seemed a little smaller than my liking, so I sat in a few other models and landed on the Range Rover Sport HSE Lux to test drive. Alicia got a few other cars moved out of the way and we test drove it. She explained all the differences to me and when I told her I wasn't ready to purchase that day but would be back closer to the end of the year she didn't pressure me at all. In the meantime I decided I wanted another color and another year. By the time I was ready to purchase, about month later they had another truck in stock and my husband went back to test drive it on a Thursday, I then went back to purchase it on Saturday. The only thing I noted was a typical sales play of trying to make us think the truck we wanted was being considered by another buyer when the battery was dead and it was literally sitting low like it hadn't been driven in weeks. Therefore-no one had taken the truck out for consideration. Since I had other options it didn't bother me, if it wasn't there when I went back it wasn't meant for me to have. No need to insight anxiety. All in all, the purchase process was easy peasy, Alicia was professional and real, the finance staff was easy to understand. I look forward to having my truck taken care of by the service department in the future. I love my new truck! More

My salesperson, Alicia Houston, was very helpful in assisting me to decide what truck was best for my personal needs and budget. Throughout the entire process I never felt overwhelmed. Once I picked up my vehicle, I was made to feel very "special and important". She took tie to go through the features of my new truck and answer any questions. Chris Kowalik, the finance manager, was also very pleasant and helpful I would highly recommend my salesperson and this dealership. More

"Great until the ink dries on your sale" I purchased a used Range Rover Sport HSE and paid cash for it at Howard Orloff Land Rover. I also was smart enough to obtain an extended warranty. I took the vehicle in recently for service and warranty work, While at the dealership, my vehicle's door was damaged. They (Asst. Service Manager/Service Rep) accused me of bringing the vehicle in damaged. Furthermore, they even tried to cover it up with touchup paint. Not to mention the service work completed did not solve one of the reported issues. I have only own this vehicle for 1 year but I know every part of its body (scratches/dents etc). However I was told the damage could be fixed at cost to me for $900. This was after having over $1700 of work done on the vehicle. I was told welcome to the Orloff family when I bought the vehicle and paid for it outright. However since owning it, I have been treated with disrespect and the attitude of "you are a "used vehicle" customer and your vehicle work is just "warranty based" as if to say, we have made our money off you, see you again when you have a non warranty issue. I believe in Win/Win solutions and my integrity is above reproach. I would have never accused the dealership of damage to the vehicle if they did not do it. The interesting part is during my most recent service trip, I was considering purchasing a new Range Rover Sport. Their disrespect of me as a customer,( basically calling me a liar) along with their shady service department practices (filling in documents out of your presence) convinced me to take my future business elsewhere. I may be only one person but I will never continue to spend my hard earned money with a business that turns their back on you after the sale is done. I guess you have to buy new at Orloff Land Rover to gain respect and loyalty. I will drive outside the City of Chicago limits once I'm ready to upgrade my used Range Rover Sport for a new one. I will never return to Howard Orloff Land Rover again and will be removing their name badge from my vehicle. Buyer beware especially if you are buying used. Ask yourself,"How would you like to be treated after the sale"? Respect and return customers are earned at a business. It's not just the badge on a vehicle that will keep customers returning. It's Respect and Appreciation that wins every time. In my opinion they failed in both these areas. More

GREAT SALES PERSON MR. MATT KAHN HELLO! I had been "Just Looking" at the LAND ROVER LR4 on line. I went to the Orloff dealership, and met Mr. Matt Kahn! Matt showed me around the de HELLO! I had been "Just Looking" at the LAND ROVER LR4 on line. I went to the Orloff dealership, and met Mr. Matt Kahn! Matt showed me around the dealership and to a LR4. He explained the car in great detail to me and My Nephew. we discussed a possible deal. His personality and conversation was very open and sincere, and he was a pleasant and refreshing surprise. I had to go out of town, but when I did return, I contacted MATT, and hours later I left with a New LR4!!! MATT KAHN WAS THE DESIDING FACTOR IN MY PURCHASE! HARRY G. REID More
