She walked me thru the dealership, talked to me about accessories, and let me know about a $ 100 credit for accessories. She wanted to walk me thru everything on the truck but unfortunately I needed to get back to the office. By the time I got back to the office I was receiving GM Rewards emails where she registered me. I contacted Rochelle the next day about getting rubber mats and she recognized that she was delivering a vehicle to Vestavia Hills and volunteered to bring me the floor mats to my home on New Years. Let me just say, Rochelle is a keeper. You don't want to loose her. She goes the extra mile. More
