Couldn't ask for a better experience! I found a listing on car gurus for the exact GMC acadia that I had been searching for. My local dealer gave me a "warning" to be wary of a price that good because "it just couldn't be" and "no dealer could sell for that price". Let me tell you that was not the case! Everything was clearly written and explained, definitely no crazy hidden fees. My husband and I live almost 500 miles away in FL. We decided to hop on a plane and go get my new SUV for that great price! The amazing southern hospitality definitely helped our decision as well. Howard Bentley was so good to us! I'm still shocked about how far over and beyond they went to help us out! They met us at the airport with the SUV and paperwork on a holiday weekend (Christmas) after hours. We were all done within about 10 minutes and on our way home! You won't beat their prices or customer service! Jeff, who was our salesman, was so good to us making sure that everything was perfect and just how we wanted it. Taylor was so good about getting back to me via email and was always friendly when answering the phone. We didn't finance through the dealer but David was still so helpful making sure our draft and everything was good to go! Of course Jan who delivered the vehicle was great as well.
