I purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave from them in November of 2019. After a short period of time, we noticed dampness and subsequently found that the vehicle had a leaking sunroof. I vacuumed 2+ gallons of wat 2019. After a short period of time, we noticed dampness and subsequently found that the vehicle had a leaking sunroof. I vacuumed 2+ gallons of water from the carpeting. Upon checking, the front seats were rusted extensively! Obviously the vehicle had this problem from the factory. I filed a GM complaint! The dealership did not correct the problem! Long story short, my opinion is that they not trustworthy or ethical!!! More

There were no tricks whatsoever. I drove 3.5 hours one way to buy from them, and would do it gain. I researched Sierra 1500s for months, talked to different dealers, and got prices. NOBODY was close to these guys and they gave me what KBB said my trade was worth. If you’re in the market for a GMC or Buick, make the drive to Howard Bentley. More

Great pricing, good trade appraisal, open and honest financing process helped make this an easy buying experience. Even out of state, they worked to make this a smooth and low stress purchase. Awesome customer care - they took care of moving my toolbox over and a week later, they are still reaching out out to make sure I’m completely satisfied. Thank you for the best experience. More
WAAAAY over priced. If you want to pay $2000 over KBB prices this is the place for you they will not budge an inch on price. Bait and Switch! I've been waiting a long time to write this review to see if there was any silver lining or calm down period after my experience (which occurred almos I've been waiting a long time to write this review to see if there was any silver lining or calm down period after my experience (which occurred almost six months ago!) I feel I'm in a place now where I can write a full, accurate, and unbiased review of my experience. I wanted to purchase a new GMC Canyon and saw a good price through one of the online car search sites (AutoTrader/Cars.com). I contacted the dealership to get an out the door price - rebates, taxes, titles, etc. included because I live two hours away and didn't want to waste anyone's time. I was given a good price that was to include all the previously mentioned charges. I drive to the dealership on a day I took off work, and spent some time with my sales rep, Todd. We test drove the truck while we waited for financing - who was having a meeting that day. I ended up waiting a few extra hours because of this meeting, which I won't fault too much, but would think if a customer has been waiting a long time then they could pull someone out to help in a timely manner. Of course, when I finally do meet with the finance manager, the price of the truck is $2,400 more than the out the door price I was quoted. Apparently, there was a recent change in how they quote/administer taxes, and the sales rep thought he was quoting me the final price - but it obviously wasn't! There's nothing they can do to help lower the price, and the finance manager even asked me verbatim "Are you really going to leave because of $2,400?" as if it is some chump change! YES! I did leave - and they didn't offer anything for my time or trouble, and no one tried to call, text, or reach out to me after this experience! I had another similar experience at different dealership and at least they offered more money for my trade in and even offered to fill up my gas tank when I left! I'm not expecting any business to lose $2,400 because of some error or mistake by some system or employee, but at least work with me to make a deal or don't make my day a total waste! Overall bad customer experience and they do not care about their customers! More
