I was looking to see if it was possible to lower my car payment and also get a larger vehicle. I was driving a 2010 Kia Forte sx which was the 6 speed manual. I knew the only shot I had for lowering my payment was to either have thousands down to eat up negative equity I had in my car or to get a car that offered a big rebate. I had been doing a lot of research on both the Chevy Malibu and the Kia Optima. The chevy clearly had the better rebate and after I visited the dealership and met Ryan I knew I wanted to do business at hoselton. He was very professional and did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. Ed was the person there when I actually picked up the vehicle and he made the paperwork a very simple task and gave very good details and explanations. Steve was the finance guy and even though I didn't get the monthly payment I was wishing for, he was able to get me a better interest rate than what I had currently and not to mention a brand new 2012 malibu with much needed remote start. All the staff there were great and I look forward to seeing them in the future and with the incredible program they have I can't wait to build up points for my future purchase. I was in desperate need of a new truck. Had received an incentive from GM,from my GM credit card. After some online research and putting my request "out to bid" Hoselton came back with the best offer. My l incentive from GM,from my GM credit card. After making an appointment and test driving a similar truck, we finally came back with a great deal. The only drawback was that since I needed a Silverado 1500 Extended cab with a long bed it was a difficult truck to find. The original color that I/we thought I could get wasn't available. Picked out second color which they got came in with the wrong package. Finally got third color choice but had a different package for more than what I had already financed, but they did me right by sticking to the original price. They also informed me that I was eligible for some free extras, from GM, since I own my own business which wasn't mentioned while making the deal. All in all so far completely satisfied with this dealership. More
I had an EXCELLENT experience at Hoselton when I leased a 2011 Chevy Cruze. First time I ever enjoyed the experience of buying a new vehicle. I was definitely an online customer [did a great deal of person 2011 Chevy Cruze. First time I ever enjoyed the experience of buying a new vehicle. I was definitely an online customer [did a great deal of personal research on the Web, read many reviews and consumer articles, extensively used Chevrolet website where buyers can build their cars, then request quotes from area dealers]. This led to a series of e-mails with nearly all Monroe County Chevy dealers. All sent an initial message stating that someone would follow up shortly - however sometimes THAT message was the first, last and only message I received. Apparently some dealers do not take the E-commerce customer too seriously OR if they do, they are not very organized about it. In other cases once I began asking questions, it was like pulling teeth to actually get answers. These dealers seemed more interested in getting me to come in and talk and DID NOT provide the price quotes promised by Chevy's Build Your Own Car feature. I'd driven the Cruze at least 4 times - what I needed was information. In one e-mail I asked a question on Tues am, FINALLY receiving an answer - after numerous e-mails in between, on Fri night at 5 pm. All this e-mail ended up being a huge waste of time - not to mention depressing, as I'd started to think I was never going to find a dealer to whom I WANTED to give my business. Then I requested info on leasing a Cruze through Autotropolis and received a very professional response from Hoselton's Internet manager Steve Dash. From start to finish my contacts with Steve - and everyone else at Hoselton - were SIGNIFICANTLY more professional than my experiences elsewhere. A strong commitment to customer service was evident from the beginning. When I asked a question I received prompt and direct answers. What a relief NOT having to e-mail someone FOR DAYS and still not getting the info. I was given TWO different price quotes [one for each down pmt amount I was considering]. Since I'd never leased a car before I had a lot of questions about that as well and each time received prompt, professional and business-like answers. It only took about 5-6 e-mails over a 3-day period before I had basically decided that Hoselton had earned MY business - and I made an appt to visit the dealership where my in-person experience was also excellent. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful - I never once felt pressured, rushed or handled. I heard the following more than once - We want you to be comfortable with the choices you're making etc. It sounds amazing to say it but I really felt as though everyone there was ON MY SIDE. I made a deposit the day of my visit but had to wait several days before a Cruze could be located with the kind of upholstery I preferred - which was no problem at all for me. My monthly payment is EXACTLY what I was told it would be in an e-mail after providing my financial details - something I find truly incredible. And Hoselton even found a $1500 Chevrolet incentive I didn't know I was eligible to receive - in addition to another $1500 incentive I had been e-mailed from GM earlier in the month. Hoselton has been equally exceptional AFTER the sale. In the past I drove off in my new vehicle, never to hear from the dealer again. THIS time it was clear that Hoselton values its customers and wants to do whatever might be needed to continue the relationship. In my case, I've probably asked more questions AFTER getting my Cruze than I did before but I continue to receive superior service and assistance. I'm getting seriously spoiled by this level of treatment - but I think I can handle it [grin]. To sum up, I strongly recommend Hoselton to anyone who wants to work with true automotive professionals. The skill, honesty and demeanor I experienced - and the straight-up way Hoselton employees do their jobs has made me a customer permanently. I'm looking forward to leasing my next car - hopefully the Chevy Volt - at Hoselton. More
I am very happy to be leasing a 2011 Chevy Cruze from Hoselton's. I started out thinking I would buy a pre-owned vehicle because I thought that would be what I could afford. However, the salesman, Doug Michie, showed me how easy it would be to lease a car, and for less than my previous car payments. Hoselton's offers several "perks" along with the lease. They are great! Doug took a lot of time with me and let me test-drive both a Cruze and a Toyota Corolla before I made a final decision. I appreciated that he did not try to rush my decision.I have been recommending Hoselton's and Doug Michie to everyone who has been looking at my new car. My niece ended up getting a Chevy SUV on the same day I picked up my car. We are both very pleased with the deal and service that were offered to us.( I prefer not to give any specific names at this time.) More
