Despite their efforts to be nice, they couldn't make up for the fact that they don't know what they are doing: Poorly trained sales reps; a finance manager who completed the paper incorrectly requiring a "re-paper"; a support team that took 45 m - 1 hr to gas up the car; they didn't actually have the spare key to vehicle and suggested i come back to get it; the trade in process was poorly explained and executed; and the capper - they incorrectly registered the car! Several hours of my life I will never get back...similar to the call back I am waiting on from their general manager. The House of Ineptitude. More
