I would recommend Miguel, super nice and patient. If you did buy a car form them then you're entitled to having the VIP service which included lifetime car washes, oil changes, loaner cars, etc. Definitely worth it and saves you a lot of money annually! They give you cool reminder texts when you need an oil change (optional) and you can make your appointments ahead of time so you don't have to deal with the crazy traffic of people in the mid afternoon and lunch hour! Service Department My Friends had been talking about the Jeep Sahara for a while now. They had a lot of good things ti say about it, so I thought I should check it out. Once i got there, there were so many different colors and models to choose from. I took a red one for a test drive with one of their sales associates, which was very patient and polite, by the end of the ride I fell in love with the car! This car is totally for the summer, great car to take your friends with for a joy ride! I ended up getting a pretty sweet deal, also considering the fact that my credit wasn't the greatest but I was still able to get approved and drive off with the car the same day! They were very considerate and conscious of my financial position, so made sure they were giving me the right and safe options for the cars financing terms! Overall, great experience and I will definitely be buying my next car from these guys again! More

Service Department has terrible customer relations I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee which I recently leased (few months ago), Chrysler has reached out to me about a safety update that needs to be made to th I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee which I recently leased (few months ago), Chrysler has reached out to me about a safety update that needs to be made to the on board computers which handle the transmission/shifting, so a pretty important update. Hooman is the closest Chrysler dealer to me so I reached out to them to schedule an appointment to get this update applied. When I called, I received an answering machine for their service department, so I went ahead and left a message. I week goes by and no call back. I call back, finally get a hold of somebody, explain the situation, they take down my VIN and contact info, in order to check on parts and get back to me....a week later still no call back. Next Chrysler calls me again to check to see if I have gotten this important safety update applied to which I explain I have been trying for weeks but no luck with Hooman Chrysler dealership. So they call and at first get a message service then finally speak with somebody, pass my information along, get the same run around and still NO CALL BACK. If this wasn't an important safety update that must be done at a dealership I would of course take it ANYWHERE else. Long story short I am scheduling an appointment at another dealership which is farther away but understands how to run a business. I would be extremely cautious when doing business with either the sales or especially the service departments of this dealership. More

At the time of purchase I was told that though the car was used that it would be like buying a new one less than 500 miles when I got home I noticed a hole in the passenger side seat I called the dealer & took it in THEY PUT A SILICONE GLUE IN THE HOLE! tho hole is ugly and unsightly I was told that it would be repaired but when I went in I was told "it's a used car as is then I have called repeatedly to get a second key (witch they said that they would get me at cost) they won't even return my calls in short-Once I signed the contract they have had no further use for me- IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A NEW (OR USED)CAR SKIP THIS PLACE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE this is a zero star rating -I had to give up 1 each in order to submit my rating More
