The entire experience with this dealership was awful. The service advisor was very rude and unorganized. She greeted me by saying that she could not pronounce my name because it isn’t a Hawaiian name. Ve The service advisor was very rude and unorganized. I had brought my car in for an oil change and general maintenance and informed them when I made the appointment that one of the tires was leaking, as I was having to put air in it every week. I mentioned this again when I dropped the car off and the service advisor assured me that they would check the tires for any leaks. When I picked my car up after the service was completed I asked about the tire again to make sure it had been repaired. The service advisor told me they hadn’t found anything wrong with the tire. Well one week later my tire pressure was low again. I brought it to a different mechanic who found the leak right away caused by a nail in the tire. It became obvious then that the dealership didn’t even bother checking the tires for leaks, yet they still charged me for it. I have been trying to contact the dealership since then to ask for a refund, but so far no one has called me back. I highly advise not going here for service. They are rude to customers and overall lazy with their work. More
