Bought a 2013 Ford escape from them a year ago. From the beginning it kept stalling and needed multiple fixes. We were initially told we had 30days to take up a warranty. But with 2 repairs in the first month- we were told anything wrong would be fixed 'because thats the kind of dealer we are'...what a load of b.s. They stalled on fixes and only covered 1. the other 2 were partially covered. We were also told by the salesman who sold us the car that they would buy it back if things got too bad- again- b.s. We have this car a year and driven it a total of 3 months. The rest of the time its been off the road and now the transmission has blown- so its done. We have another of the exact model- and we'll be selling them both and never owning another ford again. Worst car I've ever had. Worst dealer I've encountered. STAY AWAY! More

bought used car 1 month ago and already need $2000 repair I bought a used 2016 ford explorer and have not even had it long enough to make a payment but now the entire steering rack needs replaced. An almost $2000 repair which in all fairness they have come down on the price for however why should I have to pay for any of it. The worst part is they told me that with this problem they can be unsafe to drive and usually need towed in. Instead of offering me options they had me drive it home with my small child in the car after keeping us at the empty dealership for 3 hours and offering me no real solutions. Very unhappy with the resolution or lack there of for this situation. More
