Exceptionally positive! I had called to Make an appointment and was told no appointments are made for routine service. Called back to ask best time to come. Upon arrival he said they now have parts for the recalled sliding side doors. He arranged for a Service Car immediately. He and others in the service area moved the items I needed during the day. He called me when my car was ready. Upon my return, My purchases from the day were immediately transferred to my car. I was very pleased with the service and grateful. More

Three visits and the final verdict is that the 2019 Ridgeline can't be fixed. The excessive noise is a design "feature" that the customer must live with. The 1st visit - Honda tech " the noise is a design issue but is not as horrible as on the new Accord" 2nd visit - good service rep Scott C. - tried to replace the window channels - helped but did not solve the issue. 3rd visit - today - it is what it is and there is nothing we can do Honda reputational risk is high for a failed product and a extremely dissatisfied customer. So the service techs are nice but the product can't be fixed - so the customer is on the hook More
