It is unfortunate this situation escalated to where it is today. First, this complaint is not even from the purchaser. We always try to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied and that all transactions flow smoothly. In this case, there were some circumstances out of our control. There were many factors, such as negative equity etc... . As they stated they drove 3 hours. The buyers order clearly shows the sale price and the financed price. Because of the negative equity in their trade the financed amount ended up being $49,000, not the $39,000 as is stated. And yes, they did have a draft but it was not enough to cover the negative equity, Therefore we tried to secure them financing We did get an approval from a bank, however, the bank interviewed the customer and required proof of income. They had stated to us, and signed a credit application, that they made $10,000 per/month. Upon the banks request they could only prove $6,000. Therefore, credit denied! We have no knowledge of head phones or owners manual in the vehicle, but we'll buy you a set. We have no use for either of them. At the end it is so difficult to make every transaction flow smoothly, but it helps when the customer states all the true facts, like their income and who the buyer is. We are a family owned and operated business and strive for excellence. We have been the top Honda dealer in northeast Florida for 9 years. We must be doing something right? As far as our not responding, the buyer never called us., Therefore being a legal contract we could not discuss this with the daughter and son in law. Ned Sobh Gen Manager

That is a ball face lie!!!!!!!! My Father NEVER put that he made $10,000 a month, Never he is the most honest person on the planet. I have a COPY of everything that was submitted to your crooked dealership. Your people then input the application to the Credit Union not us!!!!!!!!!! Therefore you are the ones that input the income not us!!! As explained in multiple emails we already had financing secured but no your people wanted to do it. As unfortunate as you say this is, I find it humorous that this is the only way to get you to communicate. Yes deal gone bad, not our fault and we NEVER EVER lied on an application ever. The fact that you took the time to respond only to a complaint and never a phone call or email says a lot that you are worried about your reputation. Don't you think that someone should have called us, even from the credit union to speak with us about the income. Don't you think someone should have called to say there was an issue with the loan from your dealership No instead somehow it got swept under the rug, because you know as well as I do what your people have done is wrong. I want my key, headphones and owners mail returned to me immediately. All of the facts are true and I have the proof. You are wrong and I will make sure that everyone knows just what kind of people you have working there. Who lies on a finance application? That is the most ridiculous accusation I have ever heard. I have email correspondence with Kahlid to prove all that I am saying to you is correct. This would never had been issue, I would have just brought the check from our bank, thankfully I did not because I would never want this dealership to make $1 off me . Also the vehicle is no where near worth $39,000_ Also reread my initial complaint I never said I drove off in a $50,000 I said $40,000 but once again another proof of your fabrication and lies. I want my key! my headphones and my stuff returned immediately. It doesn't surprise me that you don't know about my missing stuff you didn't even know that you had a "missing" 2016 Honda Pilot off of you lot until We called to inform you of the situation NOT once did you or anyone ever even contact us about this prior to us calling you, I had to get confirmation from the credit union of the loan denial not you 3 weeks after having the vehicle. The credit union has all documentation of this. Everyone just tried to sweep it under the rug because you are the ones the submitted that application to GTE and you are the ones the increased the income to get your "approval" . This is wrong and and this is FRAUD. At the same time I do thank you because that HONDA pilot is not worth $38,555, and luckily for me I wasn't stuck with it and now you have a "used car". I am the customer as I was there and made all of the contact with your people, you may want to give them some training on how to do a deal.. I was 100% honest from the beginning read through the emails. I said everything from issues with my car, income and everything. I asked repeatedly was he sure were my father was approved, and your so called sales person Kahlid said yes. Believe me when I tell you I am not mad about the car, I'm grateful it didn't work out because the car is low to the ground and the radio sucks. I am mad because your sales people have lied about my father, My father would NEVER EVER LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are truly in the wrong and I will send you every bit of documentation of what I am saying is true and 100% correct. Not that you will respond since you only respond to public reviews. Believe me when I tell you I will find all places to put reviews so everyone knows just what type of dealership they are dealing with. How you treat people and you don't call anyone back. Why worry about who you are speaking with, me, my husband or my father it didn't matter when they were making the deal. Keep watching all of your other reviews. I would never waste my time with little stuff like this except people have the right to know. Now I know how to get you to respond. Thanks for your reply. When will my key, headphones and owners manual be returned. Evan knows all about it because the driver contacted him while I was standing there. I guess Evan doesn't communicate with you either. What a great team you have. When will my stuff be overnighted to me?
